1. 50% restocking fee will be applied to all returns requesting a refund. 30% restocking fee applied to all returns requesting an exchange.
2. Please be sure to insure all returned packages. Shoes4Stars.com will not be responsible for any lost or stolen returned packages.
3. Please include the Return Product Form and a legible copy of your sales receipt to assure that your return / exchange will be accurately processed.
4. We will not issue any refunds for merchandise shipped back after 30 days.
5. We will not refund / exchange any used, altered, or damaged product. All used returns will be returned to the sender.

Please enclose $9.99 USD if you are returning to exchange your product to be shipped to a U.S. address, and $39.99 USD if you are returning to exchange your product to be shipped to an international address.
